Earlier this month, Adrian Galante took to the stage at the world-renowned Birdland Jazz Club in New York City to celebrate the release of his debut album, Introducing Adrian Galante.
Joined by an exceptional Los Angeles–based quintet including pianist Tamir Hendelman, guitarist Larry Koonse, bassist Alex Frank, and drummer Joe LaBarbera, Adrian delivered a standout performance that showcased his signature blend of expressive clarinet artistry and timeless swing.
The sold-out audience was treated to fresh interpretations of beloved jazz standards from the Great American Songbook, performed with remarkable energy and finesse. The show was a testament to Adrian’s dedication to carrying forward the tradition of classic jazz while adding his own unique voice and vitality.
Capturing the magic of the night, BroadwayWorld praised Adrian for his “elegant phrasing and dynamic stage presence,” noting how seamlessly he connects with both the band and the audience.
This triumphant New York debut marks an exciting new chapter for Adrian, setting the stage for upcoming performances in Australia and beyond.
